The food at the hotel was surprisingly good and varied, with a whole section dedicated to delicious Turkish specialties. The staff did a great job of keeping guests entertained with organized activities and a Mini-Club for children.- The family room we stayed in was spacious and well-cleaned, and the creative bed-making by the maid added a charming touch.- The Turkish people we encountered were amazingly friendly and doted on our children.
The language barrier may be a drawback for English-only speakers, as the staff primarily spoke German and only a little English. The beach directly in front of the hotel was narrow, although there was more space if you walked a bit further.

Sunny balcony was a bonus. Kumkoy neighbourhood is worth seeing. Do recommend this accommodation.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel! the location was great, just a short walk to the beautiful beach. the room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony and a TV. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. the hotel also had great facilities, including a swimming pool and a sauna.
The language barrier was a bit challenging at times, as most of the staff spoke mainly German.

Located near many shops and restaurants, the city break at this hotel was convenient. the pool was beautiful and a great place to relax. there were professional entertainment options that were enjoyable for both young and old guests.
Communication was difficult as the staff mostly spoke German, but not so much English. despite the hotel being marketed as a resort and spa, the beach was not as close as advertised.
